We are seeking motivated and dynamic Marketing Executives to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote waste management services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media, and other communication channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Waste Pickers to join our team. Waste Pickers play a vital role in the collection and sorting of recyclable materials, contributing to our efforts in promoting environmental sustainability and waste reduction. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect recyclable materials from designated collection points, such as households, businesses, landfill sites and public areas.
- Sort and separate recyclable materials, including paper, plastic, glass, and metal, according to established guidelines.
- Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream to ensure quality recycling.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, including sorting stations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Keep accurate records of materials collected, sorted, and processed for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Identify and report any issues, malfunctions, or maintenance needs related to equipment or facilities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in waste sorting and recycling practices.
Qualifications:
- Any capable individual.
- Previous experience in waste picking, recycling, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks .
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, coldand rain.
